I am Gail Gravett, I am an experienced Business Mentor, Coach and Adviser. I worked for BT for 18 years rising through the company to become a Senior Exec working directly to the UK Board of Directors. I ran my own hospitality business in The Lake District for another 18 years, managing all aspects of the business from catering, through to marketing and finances and since 2015 I have worked as a Business Adviser and Mentor for Cumbria Chamber of Commerce, supporting SME’s across Cumbria. In Dec 2022 I joined the Enterprise Nation as a Business Mentor and have successfully mentored two businesses through that programme. I have just completed my ILM Level 5 in Business Coaching and Mentoring.

My work covers all aspects of business advice, from creating business & Market plans for Start-up companies, through to a complete analysis of a company’s marketing activity and then working with the business to create a new Marketing plan, including segmentation, customer personas, market propositions, the promotional mix and create & in some cases,  help to implement the full market plan and then review the performance over the year.
