Many Small Business Owners find their role stressful and lonely, they may have a great product or service, they may have a great team, but ultimately the buck stops with them and they many not have anyone who can be unbiased and provide an external perspective on their business, their role and the future opportunities open to the business. That is where I come in:

I can work with you to understand your business, understand your issues and opportunities and enable you to work ON the business instead of constantly IN the business, fighting those fires which are always starting.

I work to the international standards of Business Mentoring defined by the European Code of Ethics.

We will meet to understand your goals and issues and to establish if we can build a professional relationship which will be useful to each other. We then agree a contract for an agreed period of time (normally 6 months), to work together to achieve your goals. The meetings will be Face to Face, either in person or online using Zoom which I will set up.

The objectives and the frequency of meetings will be defined in the contract, but these can be updated depending upon results and circumstances.

The cost is generally £150/month for my support with an agreed 6 month contract. Please contact me to discuss this in more detail.
