- do you know your market, can you segment the market so that you can identify the people who will purchase your product, are they young, old, men, women, LGBT, children, businesses
- how can you find your market, are they on-line or on the high-street?
- how much money do you have to launch your product and continue to advertise?
- do you have enough money to survive the first year of trading?
All of these questions form part of the business plan that can be discussed with the bank &/or your investors, and can be modified as your business grows and progresses.
